3.3 -3.8 GHz 20Watt Bi-Directional WiMAX SSPA

Stealth Microwave introduces the SMTR3338-43L, , a 3300-3800 MHz, 20W WiMAX SSPA. This compact module is ideal for use as a BTS booster or in a tower mount application. Transmit/Recieve gain is 45 dB / 22 dB, respectively, and the recieve noise figure is 4dB max. Module dimensions are 7.5 x 4.0 x 1.0 inches. Various transmit / recieve filtering options are available and modules come delivered with a full suite of 802.16 test data.

7.1 - 7.7 GHz 20 Watt GaAs SSPA for
COFDM Applications

Stealth has developed an ultra-linear amplifier that operates from 7.1 to 7.7 GHz for European manufacturers of products serving the Engineering News Gathering (ENG) market. The SM7177-43 provides excellent gain/power response over the entire 7 GHz band and is optimized for use with COFDM digital video signals. Proprietary linearization technology enables higher power output than conventional amplifiers while meeting strict emissions limits.
