Stealth Microwave designs and manufactures linear and ultra-linear power amplifiers for commercial and military applications. Our products range from 290 MHz to 14 GHz with output powers ranging from 1 Watt to 360 Watts. 2.5 - 6.0 GHz 50 Watt GaN SSPA for Wideband and ECM Applications

Stealth Microwave introduces the SM2560-47GN, a 2500-6000 MHz, 50W GaN SSPA. This compact module is ideal for use in extreme enviroments requiring high reliability over a wide operating temperature range. Small signal gain is 45 dB and module dimensions are 7.5 x 4.0 x .79 inches. Standard features include thermal protection with auto reset, TTL on/off control, and an RF sample port. for more information.

7.1 - 7.7 GHz 20 Watt GaAs SSPA for
COFDM Applications

Stealth has developed an ultra-linear amplifier that operates from 7.1 to 7.7 GHz for European manufacturers of products serving the Engineering News Gathering (ENG) market. The SM7177-43 provides excellent gain/power response over the entire 7 GHz band and is optimized for use with COFDM digital video signals. Proprietary linearization technology enables higher power output than conventional amplifiers while meeting strict emissions limits.
