Cellular/Global Standard for Mobile (GSM) SSPA Products
Our selection of amplifiers in the 800-1000 MHz range provides P1dB powers from 2 to 200 watts. Gain ranges from 11-55 dB for use as boosters or small signal amplifiers. Amplifier designs in this product line utilize GaAs FET or LDMOS devices, depending on the efficiency, bandwidth, and input voltage requirements of the system. Linearized modules offer an improvement in ACP performance for applications utilizing complex signals such as OFDM. Many standard features and protections are available at no charge, and modifications can be made to meet custom specifications. These amplifiers are available in module, bench-top, and 19” rack mount form factors.
