3.3-3.8 GHz SSPA Products

Our 3.3-3.8 GHz product line is used in WiMAX and Broadband Wireless Access equipment that require ultra-linear output to meet emissions requirements. They can be used in any system that operates in this frequency band, from CW applications to complex signals such as OFDM. Power levels range from 2W to 50W, with 20 to 60 dB of gain. Ultra-linear modules utilizing pre-distortion technology require less back-off for operation in the linear region compared with standard SSPAs.
