Our ISM band products operate over 2.3-2.5 GHz and 5.7-5.9 GHz, providing power outputs from 2W to 200W with gain ranging from 20 to 60 dB. These units have been used for a variety of products in numerous applications from license-free commercial and military video equipment to any application that requires a PA in these bands. Our high power 2.3-2.5 GHz line is well suited for 2.45 GHz Medical RF products and lab use. These amplifiers are available in module, bench-top, and 19” rack mount form factors.
