Our PCS/UMTS line of amplifiers is designed for use in 1.7-2.0 GHz and 2.0-2.3 GHz applications. Power outputs range from 2 to 160 Watts, with gain ranging from 15 to 59 dB. Pre-distortion linearization is available for applications that have stringent ACPR requirements, and many optional features provide easy integration into new or existing systems. Our 2.1-2.2 GHz UMTS line of SSPA modules utilizes high efficiency LDMOS devices for reduced power consumption; linearization of these units is also available. These amplifiers are available in module, bench-top, and 19” rack mount form factors.
