Stealth Microwave introduces the SM2560-44GN, a GaN SSPA with industry-leading efficiency (32% to 42% across the band). The use of the latest GaN devices allows for superior gain flatness, along with an advanced RS-485 PA monitoring and control interface. MCU-controlled temperature compensation and gain control is standard and rugged construction allows for operation in harsh environments.

7.1 - 7.7 GHz 20 Watt GaAs SSPA for
COFDM Applications

Stealth has developed an ultra-linear amplifier that operates from 7.1 to 7.7 GHz for European manufacturers of products serving the Engineering News Gathering (ENG) market. The SM7177-43 provides excellent gain/power response over the entire 7 GHz band and is optimized for use with COFDM digital video signals. Proprietary linearization technology enables higher power output than conventional amplifiers while meeting strict emissions limits.
