Stealth Microwave designs and manufactures linear and ultra-linear power amplifiers for commercial and military applications. 50W P1dB Solid State Power Amplifier for Emerging 700 MHz Applications
Stealth Microwave introduces the SM07080-47L, a 700-800 MHz, 50W GaAs SSPA. It's high linearity and compact size make it ideal for Broadband Wireless Access BTS applications. Small signal gain is 50dB and module dimensions are 7.5 x 4.0 x .79 inches. Standard features include thermal protection with auto reset and TTL on/off. A high speed switching option is available with 1us rise and fall times for TDD applications. for more information.
